Soon after, I listed the perfect site for their needs and presented it to them straight away – the only catch? It wasn’t located in Wollongong, but instead in nearby Shellharbour City Centre, conveniently located across the road from retail precinct Stockland.

The 3,213m2 block was so impressive, our client was convinced he could buy in Shellharbour afterall. An experienced architect was engaged to determine the site’s potential, an offer was made, and the deal was negotiated within a week for an undisclosed figure.

The sale exchanged with a 12-month settlement period to allow time for DA approval, and soon we begin the next stage: marketing the premium apartments and commercial suites.
